Return Policy:

We assure you will be happy with your purchase from MPO DESIGNS, you may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Products must be returned to us under 100% sellable condition, otherwise, no credit will be issued and the product will be returned to you at your cost. No returns without first getting a return number from us, please e-mail service@mpodesigns.com attn: Customer Service Dept. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We charge a restocking fee of 20% of the sale price and Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

For "Free Shipping" items you will be charged our actual shipping cost.

If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
